FOXY BROWNS BROTHER GOING TO JAIL

The brother of Foxy Brown, Gavin Marchand, is going to jail after copping to felony identity theft charges on Thrusday for using fake credit cards to go on a Madison Avenue shopping spree. He was said to have spent $8,000 on luxury items and a nightclub tab in Manhattan, NY. He faces 2 1/2 to 5 years in jail when he is sentenced Sept. 28th.

Foxy faced minor charges, which were dropped last month after her Brooklyn neighbor claimed she was mooned by the rapper, violating her protection order.

AMIL TALKS ABOUT HER CAREER, JAY-Z & NICKI MINAJ

Vibe Magazine sat down with ex-Rocafella Records member, Amil whom we have not seen for quite a while. She has been out of the spotlight since her leave from the label. But just recently after seeing a twitter account by the name @AMIL_DOE many thought Amil was back. She explains in details below:

"I've never had a Twitter or Facebook account. They're just not for me. Sometimes things like this surprise me because I haven't been in the spotlight in awhile, but when I come up it always seems to be something negative. That's something I try my hardest to stay away from. It does bother me a little bit but I let it go after while."

Amil also touched on the status her and Jays' friendship:

"I haven't spoken to Jay in years but I really wish I could talk to him because that would just really bring closure to me. But he knows I love him. People think there was bad blood between us, but there never was any bad blood. Things happen and I wasn't ready for where my career was going at that time. It was really overwhelming."

On her feelings on Nicki Minaj:

"I got mad respect and love for Nicki. She's doing it really big and that's odd for a female. It's really hard for a female rapper.. out of every female entertainer, they got it the worst. I support her because behind-the-scenes she's going through a lot. And to be able to handle that.. that's big."
