Interview: Angie Martinez Talks Switching Stations w/ Power 105.1 The Breakfast Club

Angie Martinez stops by Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club AM with DJ Envy, Charlamagne and Angela Yee, and talks about leaving Hot 97. After over 15 years as an on-air personality at NYC's Hot 97 radio station with Emmis Communications, Angie has switched to the other Hip Hop nd R&B radio station in NYC, Power 105.1 with Clear Channel. Angie says she will remain friends with all her fellow co-workers at Hot 97, but she wanted to move on and experience new opportunities to grow and hit other markets in other states. By moving on to the new station, she will be able to be syndicated in two markets. Take a listen to the interview below.
