Born and raised in Brooklyn New York by West Indian parents, DJ Showoff nee Ralph Roberts is one of New York City’s hottest pop celebrity djs. Growing up in a neighborhood surrounded by drugs and violence a fourteen year old Showoff used his love of music to keep himself out of trouble.
Aside from dj’ing, Showoff is also an entrepreneur. He is currently working on a line of “I Love DJ Showoff” merchandise, ranging from women’s apparel to household items. Not to mention Showoff Angels, an ensemble of ambitious female promoters who’s main goal is to promote not only DJ Showoff as a person but also as a brand.
